Vintage Dunlop Electric Motor with Grinder and Table
Model #1157448
Note from the seller:
Type SW140, CA mid 1950's, mounted on a heavy duty stand.
My father bought this new, & used it for a project. After a year or two of use, it has sat for about 60 years.
Dimensions of Stand: 33" high, and top is 24" x 16".
Motor is 1/3 horsepower split phase 1750 RPM, 115 Volts, 60 Cycle, 6.2 Amps
NOTE: There is some damage to the power cord about 16" from the motor (Photos provided). I don't think it goes through to the copper wire, but it definitely should be taken care of. Also, there are about 20 holes of different sizes in the wooden top of the stand. Some of them may have been used to mount other power tools (see Photos).
I plugged it in and ran the motor for at least 5 minutes. It ran smoothly & was cool to the touch.
